Operational Agreement
Please read carefully before initiating a project.
1. Custom Orders & Returns
Because all items are custom embroidered or printed specifically for your organization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is materially defective (e.g., torn garment, wrong size sent). Please verify your sizing and volume requirements carefully prior to authorization.
2. Artwork & Proof Approval
Our operations team will provide a digital proof for your approval before production is scheduled. It is your responsibility to verify spelling, grammar, colors, and design accuracy. Once you authorize the proof, Iowa Embroidery is not liable for errors present in the approved design.
3. Intellectual Property (Copyright)
By submitting artwork, logos, or brand assets to Iowa Embroidery, you warrant that you own the copyright or have express written permission to reproduce them. You agree to indemnify and hold Iowa Embroidery harmless from any claims resulting from the reproduction of materials you provide.
4. Color Matching
Due to inherent variations in digital displays, the colors you see on your screen may not match the actual industrial thread or ink colors 100%. If exact brand color matching is required, please provide Pantone (PMS) codes during the quoting phase.
5. SMS & Mobile Communications
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Iowa Embroidery, you agree to receive order updates, project quotes, and operational alerts. Message frequency varies based on your project status. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.
6. Turnaround Time
Standard production turnaround is 10-14 business days from proof approval. While we engineer our schedules to meet all deadlines, production times are operational estimates and not guaranteed unless an expedited fulfillment fee has been applied and agreed upon in writing.
